Hi, I’m Britiny Sky, a hairstylist with over 16 years of experience and the owner of Sky Studio in Katy, Texas. I’ve wanted to do hair since I was a little girl, and that childhood dream has grown into a faith based, woman owned business built on passion and purpose.

I originally went to college for psychology, but I made the decision to leave and pursue my calling in the beauty industry. I attended Paul Mitchell Academy, where I was an overachiever finishing school in under 9 months as one of the first in and last to leave every day. I knew I wasn’t just learning a skill, I was stepping into what I was meant to do.

I began my career in a high-end salon of River Oaks in Houston and eventually brought my vision to Katy, Texas. My original goal was simple: to bring a city level luxury experience into the suburbs without compromising quality of experience, attention to detail…and time spend.. because let’s be honest, time is a huge factor when you’re in the burbs OR city! 

I specialize in blonding and luxury hair extensions, but my true passion goes far beyond hair. I love transformations but even more than that, I love helping hearts. I believe in transformation from the inside out, and I take pride in creating a space where women feel safe, seen, and fully themselves.

Around here, we laugh, we sometimes cry, and we talk about things your therapist might not even know about you. My clients aren’t just clients they quickly become friends, and many become like family.

Sky Studio was built on faith, and real connection and pure passion. Every appointment is personal, intentional, and tailored to you not just your hair, but your whole experience.
